Wisconsin Home Inspector

Hi, my name is Tim Wendorff and I am the owner of Triple B Home Inspection, LLC. I am a licensed, professional home inspector specializing in residential home inspections and radon testing. Triple B Home Inspection is based in Washington County, WI and services all of southeastern Wisconsin.
Whether you are in West Bend or Beaver Dam, Columbus or Fond du Lac, Port Washington or Waukesha, we are there to provide high quality home inspections and radon testing.

There are several reasons why Triple B is right for your home inspection needs:

- Background:
First and foremost, I know houses! Really, that's what you are looking for in a home inspector. You need an inspector that can evaluate the house and it's components accurately and efficiently. That way, you will have a much clearer picture of what you are about to purchase prior to signing all the papers. My background in new home construction, remodeling and mechanical engineering provides a strong base for your home inspection needs.

- Easy to Understand Reports:
When Triple B performs a home inspection for you, you will recieve a detailed report with itemized conditions of all of the home's systems and components. Along with the extremely thourough inspection, the report will contain helpful home inspection pictures to assist you in identifying issues, safety concerns or maintenance items in the house.

- Education and Affiliations:
I am a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT). AHIT is the largest and most recongized home inspector training institute in North America. As a leader in home inspector training since 1993, they have 32 training locations in the United States and Canada.
I am also a member of NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors). This organization provides the latest home inspection training materials, home inspector forums, reference materials and a Standards of Practice that goes above and beyond the state of Wisconsin's Standards of Practice. This assures that you will be receiving the most out of your home inspection.

- Radon Testing:
Radon tests must be conducted for a minimum of 48 hours. While other radon testers use canisters that need to be sent to a laboratory for analysis, we use an electronic monitoring device. This means that when the radon test is complete, we are able to have the results immediately! This saves precious time during the home buying process.
Additionally, we are IAC2 certified (International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants). Even though the State of Wisconsin does not require a certification or liciense to perform radon tests, we became certified. Becoming certified allows us to be able to perform the most accurate test and have the ability to explain the results to the client in a manner that easily understood.
